About Founder - Mr. Anand Jaiswal

With over 20+ years of experience in the real estate industry, Mr. Anand Jaiswal began his journey in 1993 under the guidance of Mr. Vinod Patil’s father. Starting with residential projects in Nalasopara, he built a strong foundation of quality, timely delivery, and trust.

In 2008, he established Govardhan Builders to formalize that vision and has since led the successful completion of over 27+ projects, delivering 2,000+ flats to families across Vasai, Nalasopara, and Dahisar. His expertise lies in society redevelopment, Vastu-compliant planning, and project execution with legal clarity. While working independently today, he continues to collaborate with his longtime partners on select projects, staying rooted in shared values and legacy.

Our Partners

Mr. Rambhai Solanki

Mr. Rambhai Solanki joined the founding team when Govardhan Builders expanded its vision beyond Vasai–Virar and into redevelopment projects in Dahisar. Bringing with him strong on-ground experience and a deep network among housing societies in Mumbai suburbs, Mr. Solanki quickly became the face of society redevelopment planning, communication, and approvals.

Today, while he operates through his own independent firm, he remains actively involved in joint redevelopment projects with Govardhan Builders and GR & Sons — especially in Dahisar East and Western Mumbai.

GR & Sons has been involved in real estate development since the early development phase of Nalasopara. During the late 1990s and 2000s, GR & Sons, together with Mr. Anand Jaiswal of Govardhan, undertook multiple residential projects in Nalasopara.

The firm has been involved in site operations, material procurement, and on-ground project management, and continues to work alongside Govardhan on collaborative projects in execution and planning.
